SUMMARY
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day technology support for the company by solving and repairing issues with computer hardware and software. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring employees have the technology they need to work efficiently and reliably. Infrequent Traveler (<5% travel): The incumbent may be required to travel on a limited basis. Travel may include trips between Barclays Center and HSS Training Center.
SALARY RANGE:
$60,000-$70,000
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Works primarily in an office environment but upon request will be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
