SUMMARY

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who is passionate about people, culture, and organizational growth to help shape the employee experience across our business. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders and employees to build high-performing teams, drive engagement, and support a culture rooted in collaboration, inclusion, and innovation. Reporting to the VP, HR Business Partner, you will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, helping leaders navigate change, develop talent, and create an environment where employees can thrive.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Business Partnership & Strategy:  

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals  
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients to understand business priorities and implement effective HR solutions  
  • Provide guidance across key HR areas including employee relations, coaching, compensation, organizational development, and performance management  
  • Analyze employee data (e.g., compensation, attrition, job levels) to inform decision-making and recommend proactive solutions  
  • Partner with Learning & Development to support training, career development, and performance initiatives  
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance core processes including performance management, engagement surveys, and the employee lifecycle 

Employee Engagement & Culture:  

  • Champion a culture of excellence, engagement, and inclusion across the organization  
  • Act as a change agent, supporting leaders and employees through organizational changes  
  • Support the development and execution of engagement initiatives to drive satisfaction and retention 

Employee Relations: 

  • Support the resolution of employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance concerns  
  • Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and employee development  
  • Educate leaders and employees on HR best practices, including performance management, compensation, and career progression 

HR Projects & Operations: 

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs across areas such as retention, compensation, benefits, and employee development  
  • Lead and support HR initiatives and projects, including policy updates, engagement programs, and employee lifecycle enhancements  

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree required  
  • 4+ years of client-facing and/or consulting experience, or a combination of both  
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources  
  • Experience across core HR functions, including organizational development, change management, and employee relations  
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations  
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations 

COMPENSATION

$90,000 - $135,000 

Full-time employees are eligible for a robust slate of total rewards, including:

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Works primarily in an office environment but is encouraged to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
