PROGRAM OVERVIEW 

The Fellowship is a 12-month paid program for motivated and innovative recent college graduates. It is designed to build core skills, gain business insights, and get exposure to the many facets of Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment.  
 
The Digital Fellow will support the three key functions of the Technology team at BSE, including the Information Technology, Consumer Technology and Data, Analytics and Insights teams. During the Fellowship Program, the fellow will assist with technical support (hardware and software needs) for the staff and company; project coordination to ensure digital projects stay on track; product development; AI testing; data analysis and reporting. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
Information Technology -  

  •  Provide technical support for hardware and software related issues 
  • Imaging and computer configurations through Intune and Jamf; updating and patching 
  • Assist in game day operations and system functionality 
  • Inventory management on assets and assistance on Digital projects/tasks 

  

Consumer Technology - 

  • Form Creation & Data Capture: Build and maintain digital forms using Form Titan, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 
  • Website Event Development: Assist in creating and publishing event pages for Barclayscenter.com, maintaining accurate event details, ticketing information, and promotional content. 
  • Google Analytics Reporting: Create custom report dashboards in GA4; Collaborate with Product Owners to interpret insights for distribution to key stakeholders 
  • QR Code Management: Generate and organize QR codes for events, marketing initiatives, and in-arena activations, ensuring proper tracking and version control. 
  • Digital Platform Support: Assist in building and monitoring customer journeys and triggered campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Extract and disseminate campaign KPIs; Assist in auditing data flow processes to ensure data integrity 
  • Project Coordination: Use Monday.com to track project timelines, manage task workflows, and support cross-departmental communication; Collaborate with marketing, creative, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives; Support documentation, reporting, and process improvement efforts as assigned. 

Data Analytics & Insights - 

  • Snowflake Data migration/cleanup 
  • Documentation Overhaul of CRM System & Report cleanup 
  • AI Testing 
  • Lead Assignment, Building and CRM Maintenance 
  • Designing surveys & analysis from it

PROGRAM DURATION 

June 2, 2026 – May 28, 2027

SALARY 

$20.00 per hour 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

This position primarily works in an office environment; however, our program fellows may be expected to attend games and events in a paid capacity as requested. Games and events may take place on evenings, weekends and holidays.
