SUMMARY
The Brooklyn Nets & New York Liberty Foundation is seeking highly motivated individuals to join the 50/50 Raffle Seller team.
WHO YOU ARE
- Must be 18 years or older at the start of the season
- Detail oriented and strong organization skills
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and self-motivated
- Eager to engage with the Liberty’s diverse fanbase
- Interest in honing sales and interpersonal skills
- Candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Mandatory commitment to at least half the home games per month
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Approach fans pregame and in-game to facilitate the sale of 50/50 Raffle tickets, following all raffle regulations and requirements.
- Answer fan questions regarding the raffle program, as well as basic Barclays Center information.
- Facilitate ticket sales using a handheld device.
- Understand the mission of the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty Foundation, which the raffle benefits.
- Represent the 50/50 program, Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment, and the Liberty as a brand ambassador.

- Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment’s Inside Sales Program is an entry-level opportunity for those with an interest in career growth, training, and development within a professional sports organization. A role with Inside Sales will aim to help individuals pursue new business opportunities through relationship building, including but not limited to selling Season Memberships, Suite Rentals, Group Events, Arena Events, and more. If successful as a 50/50 Raffle Seller, you may be invited to an interview with Inside Sales.
- 50/50 Raffle Sellers will also have access to the Inside Sales Workshop and other training opportunities.
- Volunteer experience intended to provide unique professional development opportunities.
This is an unpaid, volunteer position as required by New York law (see GML § 189(11); 9 NYCRR § 4620.22(b)(13)).
