The Coordinator of Global Partnership Activation supports the activation, fulfillment, and day-to-day execution of a designated portfolio of partnership agreements. This role focuses on ensuring assets are delivered accurately, game and event-day operations run smoothly, recaps are organized, and administrative tasks are handled. Working under the guidance of the Director and Manager, this role collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality service and organization across partner programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead activation for select less-complex partnership accounts, managing day-to-day servicing and ensuring all contracted assets are executed accurately and on schedule
Serve as secondary support for assigned partnership accounts, assisting with daily management including client meetings, game-day activations, events, and hospitality needs
Work to comprehend partner brand KPIs, strategies, and objectives to support strong execution and help identify opportunities to grow partnership value
Build and maintain strong partner relationships through communication and high‑quality support across both game‑day and non‑game‑day engagement
Respond promptly and professionally to partner requests, questions and issues with a solutions‑oriented mindset
Provide administrative and operational support to the POD, contributing to seamless internal workflows
Coordinate cross-departmental needs (internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders) to ensure smooth execution of partner programs
Manage and work within account and event budgets; assist with expense tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing as directed
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and SOP processes to ensure organizational efficiency and consistency
Traffic assets according to established standard operating procedures to support accurate and timely fulfillment
Contribute to creative ideation, bringing forward fresh concepts and activation ideas that enhance partner value
Help capture, track, and organize proof-of-performance and asset delivery throughout the season using tools such as Salesforce and KORE/Activate
Support on‑site activations, including VIP hospitality, contracted appearances, promotional events, and community initiatives
Build comprehensive recaps and reports that demonstrate partnership value, impact, and ROI
Stay informed on industry and league-wide activation trends and share relevant best practices that can strengthen partner programs, including opportunities for added value, make-goods, and renewals
Assist with game night duties including hosting corporate clients and prospects, screening in-game promotions, and assisting with partner activations and entitlement nights
Maintain thorough communication with Global Partnership Activation Director and Coordinator within the POD
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or related field preferred)
1–2 years of full-time client service, events, activation, or partnership experience preferred
Pro-active, self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to establish daily work routines in a high energy atmosphere
Strong desire and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and quick thinker with ability to be solutions oriented internally and externally
Strong project management and customer service skills
Strong customer-service skills and comfort communicating directly with clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels within the organization
Passion for the sports industry and willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required for partner activations and events
Must have a valid driver’s license with a verifiable safe driving record
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (such as KORE), and project management software
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva preferred
Team player with a no-ego, 'we' not 'me' approach
