Key Responsibilities:
Organization-Wide Recruiting
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for roles across all departments including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Communications, HR and more.
- Prioritize and lead searches for executive-level positions and high-impact sales roles.
- Partner with hiring managers across the business to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Build and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role, with emphasis on leadership and revenue-generating roles.
- Leverage an existing bench of high-quality talent in the DC Metro area to accelerate time-to-fill and improve candidate quality.
- Track talent movement and anticipating sourcing triggers using market insights and competitor analysis.
- Maintain a deep pipeline of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead intake and calibration conversations to evolve search criteria based on business needs and candidate insights.
- Present search strategies, talent insights, and pipeline health metrics to influence hiring decisions.
- Guide stakeholders through unique situations, competing priorities, and sensitive hiring scenarios using thoughtful, business-backed solutions.
Candidate Engagement
- Craft compelling narratives to connect candidates to the company’s mission, values, and growth opportunities.
- Deliver a high touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Build long-term relationships with talent aligned to our strategic goals and culture.
Data-Driven Execution
- Use funnel metrics, pass-through rates, and decline data to inform and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Share weekly insights with leadership and hiring managers to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Communicate complex data into actionable narratives that influence hiring strategy.
Requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for executive-level and sales roles.
- 2+ year of proven success recruiting within the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, with a strong local network of talent.
- Experience using UKG or similar ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows.
- Ability to analyze talent market trends and consult hiring managers on recruiting strategies.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
- 8+ years of experience recruiting for executive-level and sales roles.
- 6+ year of proven success recruiting within the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, with
- Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-functional dependencies (e.g., Compensation, Mobility, Immigration).
- Experience interpreting data and using it to guide hiring decisions.
- Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities necessary to perform essential functions:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with staff and prepare written reports.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead.

Physical/Environmental Requirements
Office: Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Position may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
Compensation:
The projected annual salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.
