Position Summary
The Washington Nationals are seeking highly skilled and motivated athletic trainers to support medical care at our minor league affiliates. The Seasonal Certified Athletic Trainer will work closely with the existing Staff Athletic Trainer at the affiliate to provide superlative care for players. The role will provide coverage for games and practices, in addition to delivering treatment, aiding with rehabilitation, and maintaining medical records.

Compensation:
This is a seasonal hourly paid position without health benefits. The position is paid in accordance to DC Minimum Wage ($17.95/hour as of July 1, 2025), with the potential for overtime hours. The Nationals will provide meal money and a monthly housing allowance, in addition to covering travel to and from the home residence.
Applicants should expect to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
