Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Suite Sales and Service, the Manager, Suite Services is responsible for leading all development and execution around renewal, service and sales strategy for Nationals Park suite business. This position will elevate the client experience through outstanding service and personalized experiences that continuously highlight the value of their suite investment and drive additional business and year over year renewals

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for renewals of expiring suite accounts.
- Develop and improve suite relationships by exceeding expectations and leading all contractual elements and providing opportunities for added value where possible.
- Provide unprecedented service and extraordinary level of responsiveness to all current and new suite holders, thoughtfully handling and resolving team and suite holder issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Cultivate creative ideas and opportunities to help grow the business of each account by keeping up-to-date with the goals, objectives and competition of each suite partner.
- Contribute to outbound suite sales efforts that include prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management,
- Attain individual and department service and sales goals as set by the Director, Suite Sales and Service and the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships.
- Work majority of game day events to service and assist with suite client needs.
- Aid in communicating all premium correspondence regarding policies, procedures and other service related tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.
- Minimum of 4 years work experience in a customer service role preferably in professional sports and entertainment;
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities necessary to perform essential functions
- Ability to learn and master new software programs including Tickets.com and Microsoft CRM.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and consistently meet strict deadlines with effective results.
- Effective communication skills, with ability to successfully execute presentations as necessary
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet manipulation.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to travel around the ballpark to visit and escort clients during home games
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong ability to create and flourish in a team environment.
- Attention to detail including excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports.

Physical/Environmental Requirements
- Office: Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
- Gameday Seasonal: Job requires employee to function in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue. May work at heights. Employee will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/down stairs. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
Compensation:
The projected wage rate for this position is $24.03 - $26.44 per hour. This position is also eligible for commission based on sales and a renewal goal and incentive. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.
