Fan Logistics and Engagement Representatives are responsible for providing fans and guests with the knowledge and know-how on the Go-Ahead Entry process to enter and exit the Nationals Park stadium with ease, as well as provide logistics and helpful guidance to fans who are purchasing pre-game batting practice passes. The Washington Nationals are looking for energetic, knowledgeable, and excited Representatives to provide consistent and high-quality service to our fans during games.
These are game day part-time hourly positions limited to the 2026 season (March to October 2026). Representatives will be called in to work for short shifts during each game. Current undergraduate or graduate students are encouraged to apply.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Educate and assist fans to sign up and help them through the Go Ahead Entry gates of the stadium.
- Manage the logistics for fans who purchase pre-game batting practice passes. This includes sharing how they can purchase the passes, sharing relevant information about the passes, showing fans where the
- Be personal and proactive in assisting all fans with the highest level of customer service and hospitality.
- Work with Guest Experience Representatives during games coordinating fans who have questions on the surrounding area, directions, seating locations, and complaints.
- Enforce all venue, team and league rules, regulations and policies.
- In the event of an emergency, assist in evacuating Nationals Park, while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
- Establish and maintain cooperative, professional relationships with peers, supervisors and all other members of the organization.
- Perform additional functions and activities as directed by the Inside Sales Leadership Team as assigned.
Compensation:
The projected wage rate for this position is $17.95 per hour. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.

- • Must be at least 18 years old.
- • Previous experience in a customer service role.
- • Previous experience working with venue events.
- • Computer access and proficiency to submit work availability and view schedule.
- • Able to stand for long periods of time.
- • Able to walk long distances and climb stairs.
- • Prior sales experience.
- • Have strong interpersonal skills and able to provide excellent customer service and hospitality.
- • Strong communication skills.
- • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with organizational appearance policies.
- • Must be a team player who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- • Ability to work in loud, crowded spaces both indoors and out.
- • May work at heights.
- • Must be willing to work during periods of inclement weather of varying degrees.
- • Able to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/down stairs.
- • Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
