Facility Operations/Event Staff: Event Guest Relations

The Nationals are excited to announce that Winterfest will return in January 2020! This year’s event is held at Nationals Park on Saturday, January 11 and Sunday, January 12 from 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
As this is our premier off season event, a full team effort will be needed to make Nats Winterfest a success. We are looking for staffers who are energetic and willing to interact with fans in a welcoming and professional manner. This is a great way to show us your skills!
For planning purposes, staffers will be needed at the event from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and will be paid for each day. All staffers will be provided lunch during their shift.
The Nationals are a military-friendly organization actively recruiting veterans and spouses.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Gift bag distribution
- Registration tables
- Autograph Stations
- Photograph Stations
- Line management
- Interactive game management
- Information Stations

Must be age 18 years or older in order to work the event.
Job requires staffers to function in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue. May work at heights. Staffer will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees. While performing the duties of this job, the staffer is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/down stairs. The staffer is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
