Position Summary:

As a successful Guest Services Manager, you will run and operate the guest service side of the business at Sports Force Park. You will provide direction and assistance to team members and guests in accordance with Sports Force Parks standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully operate the Guest Services areas at Sports Force Parks
  • Work with the General Manager and team to ensure a world class guest experience for players, coaches and families
  • Support the operations of the business including facility opening and closing procedures, cash controls and all other functions in operating a customer service based environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests on-site throughout the duration of the tournament/event and offer support during other programming events at the park
  • Supervise/manage guest services locations at Sports Force Parks
    • Front Gate, Ticket Office, Attractions
  • Responsible for scheduling staff in guest service locations
  • Manage Cedar Point ticket distribution to coaches and players
    • Troubleshoot distribution issues with guests
    • Work with management team to notate specific teams not receiving passes
  • Oversee inventory management of office supplies, wristbands, parking passes, etc.
  • Support management team in capturing social media content
  • Sufficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
