**Job Summary:**

Assist the Facilities team in providing general maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager to keep the complex in top condition.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain facility assets, including buildings and equipment.
- Perform general care and maintenance of artificial playing surfaces, mounds, and bases.
- Clean clubhouse, restrooms, and outdoor areas of the park before, during, and after events.
- Empty and remove trash cans throughout the complex.
- Remove loose trash from the complex, including the parking lot.
- Tend to water and Gatorade coolers in each dugout during programming.
- Perform any other duties assigned to ensure the success of the complex.

**Qualifications:**

**Required:**

- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to have reliable transportation to be at work as early as 6 am, and stay as late as 12 am.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Must be able to follow instructions given by any full-time staff member.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability and willingness to learn and be responsible for new tasks as assigned.
- Ability to be held accountable, following through on commitments, producing timely work to required standards, and pitching in to complete tasks.
- Pride of workmanship.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.

**Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:**

- Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
- Routine exposure to extreme heat/cold conditions.
