Position Summary:

The Team Laundry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all team laundry operations during the summer season. This role ensures the accurate collection, laundering, and timely return of team uniforms so players are game-ready each day. The Supervisor will maintain quality standards, manage inventory, support and direct laundry staff, and ensure the laundry facility remains clean, organized, and operating efficiently. This position operates during third shift / overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily team laundry operations, including pick-up, washing, drying, and return of uniforms.
• Ensure uniforms are accurately counted, tracked, and returned to the proper team laundry bags.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor laundry supplies and equipment needs.
• Train, schedule, and oversee Team Laundry Attendants to ensure consistency and quality standards.
• Ensure proper laundry procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry facility.
• Assist with bunkhouse cleaning as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to accurately count, record, and manage uniform inventory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including a rotating seven-day work cycle.
• Must be available to work overnight / third shift hours.

Preferred:

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience in laundry operations or hospitality services.
• Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate job-related needs.
• Ability to communicate in basic English preferred.

Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and bending.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Exposure to heat and humidity within laundry facilities.
