Position Summary
We are?seeking?a dependable and skilled Catering Cook to join our high-volume?Team?dining?team. This position?is responsible for?preparing and executing large-scale catered?meals for our players and coaches?while?maintaining?exceptional food quality, safety, and presentation standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in consistency and teamwork.?
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare hot and cold menu items according to standardized recipes?
Execute banquet and catering event production for large groups?
Maintain?portion?control and presentation standards?
Assist?with prep production for daily catering events?
Ensure food is prepared, held, and served at safe temperatures?
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation?
Follow all health department and food safety guidelines?
Assist?with event setup, breakdown, and transport of food when needed?
Communicate effectively with chefs, supervisors, and service staff?
Support overall kitchen operations as directed?
Qualifications:
1–3 years of cooking experience (high-volume or banquet preferred)?
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices?
Ability to follow recipes and production sheets accurately?
Experience with bulk cooking and batch production?
Team-oriented with strong work?ethic?
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends?

Catering or banquet experience?
ServSafe?Certification?
Experience working in institutional, athletic, or event-based food service?
Ability to multitask under pressure?
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods?
