Position Summary
As a Concessions Lead at Cooperstown All Star Village (CASV), you will play a key leadership role within our Food & Beverage team. Reporting directly to the Outlet Manager or Concessions supervisor – you will oversee daily concession operations while setting the standard for efficiency, organization, and world-class customer service.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will actively support all aspects of operations including POS, food production, receiving, inventory control, cleanliness, team guidance, and guest service, ensuring an exceptional experience for our teams and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations within assigned concession outlets
Operate and oversee Point of Sale (POS) systems
Prepare and expedite food orders in a high-volume, fast-paced environment?
Support and guide team members to ensure smooth service and efficient line flow?
Organize and maintain attractive, well-stocked displays
Receive, verify, and properly store food and beverage inventory in compliance with food safety standards
Complete daily and monthly inventory counts; rotate stock appropriately
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and reporting
Ensure compliance with Department of Labor, DHEC, and OSHA standards
Maintain clean, sanitary concession stands, dining areas, and storage spaces
Routinely wipe down, disinfect, and?maintain?polished presentation of work areas
Assist in training and ongoing development of team members
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
1–3 years of food & beverage experience preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with clean driving record
Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and peak event times
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive leadership presence and team-building ability
Ability to direct and motivate staff of varying ages and experience levels
Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends
Stand for long periods of time
Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and reach overhead
Work in hot, cold, and high-noise environments typical of concession operations
