Position Summary
At Cooperstown All Star Village, our concessions team is a key part of the fan experience. From the first greeting to the final order pickup, you help create a fast, friendly, and unforgettable atmosphere for teams and families visiting from across the country.?

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with friendly, professional service and take?accurate?orders?
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently?
Prepare drinks, coffee, and concession items quickly and accurately?
Keep lines moving during peak game times?
Organize and hand out food orders?in a timely manner?
Restock food lines, beverages, and supplies throughout your shift?
Refill beverage and condiment stations?
Stock and overstock inventory as needed?
Receive and store food and beverage inventory in proper food-safe areas?
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing workstations?
Sweep, mop, wipe down, disinfect, and continuously keep surfaces clean?
Follow all food safety, Department of Labor, DHEC, and OSHA guidelines?
Communicate with supervisors and team members when stock is low?
Adapt to working in various concession stands throughout the complex?
Work under the supervision of Team Supervisors and the Concessions Outlet Manager?
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old?
High School Diploma, GED, or currently attending high school?
1–3 years of food service or customer service experience preferred (but not?required)?
Positive attitude and strong work ethic?
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment?
Team player who follows direction well?
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable?
Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays?
Requirements
Stand for extended periods of time
Move quickly to?assist?guests and teammates
Lift and move up to 40 pounds
Reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
Work in hot, cold, or outdoor weather conditions
Comfortable in a lively, fast-paced ballpark environment
