Position Summary
Join the energy, excitement, and team spirit at Cooperstown All Star Village! As Concessions Cook, you are a key player in delivering an unforgettable ballpark experience. Working under the direction of the Concessions Manager, you’ll help teams and families with fast, fresh food and outstanding service in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
This is more than just cooking —it’s part of the game-day atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food quickly and accurately in a fast-paced concessions environment
Deliver friendly, enthusiastic, world-class customer service
Ring in sales and?assist?guests at various concession stands
Keep workstations stocked, organized, and visually appealing
Receive and?properly store?food and beverage inventory in food-safe areas
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and polished workspace at all times
Continuously wipe down and disinfect surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
Adapt to different concession locations across the complex as needed
Follow all Department of Labor, DHEC, and OSHA regulations
Communicate with supervisors and team members when supplies are low
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or currently attending high school
1–3 years of food & beverage experience preferred (but we’ll train the right attitude!)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
Strong multitasking skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong work ethic and reliability
Must be 18 years old
Working Conditions / Physical requirements
Stand for extended periods of time
Lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly
Move quickly to assist guests and team members
Reach, bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and work in tight spaces
Work in hot kitchen conditions and outdoor weather conditions
Comfortable in a lively, sometimes loud ballpark atmosphere
