Position Summary
The Line Chef plays a key role in the daily culinary operations by preparing, cooking, and plating menu items with consistency, accuracy, and high quality. Working in a fastpaced, highvolume kitchen environment, the Line Chef follows standardized recipes, adheres to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensures each dish meets established presentation and taste standards.
This position is responsible for maintaining an organized and wellstocked workstation, completing prep tasks, monitoring food levels during service, and communicating effectively with the culinary team to support smooth and timely meal production. The Line Chef collaborates closely with other Chefs to ensure efficient service, quality control, and adherence to operational procedures.
Ideal candidates thrive under pressure, possess strong culinary skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering consistent, high quality food during busy service periods. The Line Chef contributes directly to a positive guest experience and the overall success of the food and beverage operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and station guidelines.
Maintain clean and organized cooking stations.
Restock ingredients and communicate low inventory levels.
Follow food safety, temperature, and sanitation protocols.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and leadership.

Work conditions / Physical Requirements
Ability to work long shifts in high-volume settings and meet physical demands (standing 8+ hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive tasks).
Work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and peak tournament periods.
Routinely exposed to varying weather, dust/particles, and high-volume kitchen conditions
Frequently bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting and reaching.
Visual ability to identify cleanliness standards and potential safety hazards.
