Position Summary:
The Bathroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness within the restroom and bathhouse facilities. This role is to ensure that restrooms and bathhouses are fully stocked, sanitized, and presentable throughout operating hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of restroom areas, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces around sinks and toilets, and emptying trash
Restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, and paper towels
Monitor bathroom conditions regularly to address any issues promptly, such as spills, clogs, or potential hazards
Report issues to maintenance as needed
Follow sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
Detail-oriented and thorough
Ability to work independently and stay proactive
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices
Preferred:
Sufficient education and literacy are needed to?identify?and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
Ability to communicate in basic English preferred
Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:
Prolonged?periods?standing, walking, often pulling, pushing, and bending
Must be able to?lift up?to?20?pounds at times
