Unrivaled Sports is building the nation’s most exciting, community-driven youth sports brand—and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who brings the energy, builds the relationships, and help teams get in the game!

In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of driving participation in some of our most exciting tournaments, marquee events, and youth sports experiences. You’ll connect directly with coaches, program leaders, and team decision-makers across the country, generating excitement, building strong relationships, and helping guide teams from first contact to registration.

What You’ll Do

Outbound Sales & Relationship Building
Primary focus will be direct outreach to youth baseball organizations and travel teams.
Daily activities will include:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to youth sports organizations, travel teams, coaches, and program leaders through phone calls, text messages, email, and video meetings
  • Build relationships with new and existing organizations to generate interest in Unrivaled Sports events and experiences
  • Use personalized outreach and consistent follow-up to engage prospects and move them through the sales process
  • Represent the Unrivaled Sports brand with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset

Tournament & Event Registration Support

  • Help fuel registration growth for priority tournaments, marquee events, and standout experiences across Unrivaled Sports
  • Prospect and connect with teams, clubs, and organizations to build excitement and drive participation
  • Support the path from first touch to completed registration through consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Work alongside property and business leaders to extend market reach and capitalize on key event opportunities
  • Add sales capacity for targeted growth initiatives while complementing, not replacing, local leadership ownership of tournament performance

Sales pipeline & data management

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach activity, prospect pipelines, lead sources, and conversion progress
  • Track market opportunities and help identify trends that can support future event growth
  • Follow a structured sales process and consistently execute against outreach and follow-up expectations
  • Use sales tools, systems, and reporting processes to support a scalable and repeatable approach to lead generation and conversion

What Success Looks Like

  • Builds a strong, active pipeline of coaches, teams, and organizations across target markets
  • Consistently executes high-volume outbound outreach with professionalism and persistence
  • Converts prospect interest into registrations for priority events and experiences
  • Maintains accurate pipeline data and contributes to a disciplined, scalable sales process
  • Develops strong working relationships internally and externally to help grow participation across the portfolio

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for an entry-level to early-career candidate who is highly motivated to build a career in sports sales. The right person brings energy, confidence, persistence, and a genuine passion for connecting with people.

  • The ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively within a structured sales process
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing follow-up and pipeline activity

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, sports business, or a related field
  • Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, or customer-facing communication is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is helpful, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required depending on experience
