Compensation: $40,000 annually, $3,500 bonus

Position Overview: The Baseball Operations Coordinator plays a critical support role in the execution of Rocker B’s tournament, event, and property operations. This hands-on position works closely with the Baseball Operations Manager and Operations team to ensure games run on time, scores and standings are accurate, live stream operate properly, and that Rocker B delivers a seamless experience for teams and families. You will serve as a key operational presence across the property and a connector between tournament execution, guest experience, and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Business Operations Support
  • Provide hands-on support to the Business Operations Manager across all areas of the property
  • Assist with the day -to-day coordination between tournaments, guest experience, and facilities to ensure smooth execution
  • Help identify and resolve operational gaps in real time during events and buy periods
  • Serve as a cross-functional resource wherever additional support is needed across the business
• On-site Event & Guest Experience Execution
  • Act as a roving operational presence across the property during tournaments and events
  • Assist the Tournament Director with game scheduling, field assignments, and daily event logistics
  • Enter scores, monitor game flow and help keep tournament schedule flow
  • Serve as a communication link between Rocker B leadership and what is happening on the property
• Marketing & Brand Support
  • Assist with developing marketing plans as well as posting & monitoring Rocker B social media channels
  • Coordinate with Unrivaled’s shared services marketing team on content needs and brand initiatives
  • Help showcase the Rocker B experience through real-time storytelling during major weekends and events

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working in fast-paced, live events environments
• Ability to problem-solve in real time and communicate clearly with staff and guests
• Flexibility to work weekends during tournament season and adjust weekday hours accordingly
• Experience or interest in sports, hospitality, events, or operations
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
