The Ticket Sales and Business Operations, Coordinator will assist with ticket sales and box office operations for all TD Ballpark home games and select events. This role is responsible for ensuring an efficient and fan-friendly ticketing experience, from assisting with daily operations to supporting the sale and servicing of ticket packages and products. In addition, this position contributes to overall Business Operations initiatives, helping deliver a positive and professional experience for all guests and stakeholders at TD Ballpark.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily Box Office operations.
- Support all TD Ballpark game day ticket operational needs, including box office, ticket scanners, mobile service and customer service issues.
- Maintain knowledge of facility services, layout, and policies.
- Practice and uphold department policies and promote high quality customer service.
- Handle ticket related fan service inquiries and solutions.
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound phone calls, and community events as it related to single game and subscription purchases.
- Test equipment and maintain cleanliness of the TD Ballpark (BayCare Box Office).
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree or Sports Management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Ticketmaster, Archtics, TM1 products, Host, Salesforce is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and documentations skills required.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to ensure excellent customer care to both internal and external clients.
- Candidate should have cash handling experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as well as being able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Skilled at identifying opportunities to implement and improve upon facility standards and practices.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for entire length of shift, work in variable temperatures, and walk throughout stadium (if needed). May be required to work in confined/narrow spaces.
