JOB DESCRIPTION
This individual is responsible for performing a wide variety of custodial tasks and light maintenance duties related to the care and cleaning of the Player Development Complex, TD Ballpark and associated building. Acts as a day porter for restrooms and common areas. A proficient use of a wide variety of cleaning methods, equipment, hand and power tools, including pressure washers, are required. This individual must be able to work outside for extended periods, while demonstrating a high level of customer service.
Tasks
- Performs routine inspections of building cleanliness and overall general appearance, reporting issues in a timely manner.
- Maintains cleanliness of all interior and exterior areas.
- Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Routinely pulls all recycling trash cans and disposes into appropriate containers.
- Manages all cardboard in accordance with department standard operating procedures.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors.
- Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
- Provides operational support for events, training and classes, including, but not limited to, set-up and tear-down of tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies.
- Tracks and monitors work orders regularly.
- Pressure Washing various areas including building exterior, roofs and sidewalks.
- Complete minor repairs and building improvements.
- Assist trade workers and maintenance technicians in performing assigned tasks.
- Paint building interior and exteriors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Legally able to work in the United States
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- This role must be capable and willing to perform duties at both TD Ballpark and the Player Development Complex, with occasional direct reporting to the one location as scheduled.
