JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Dunedin Blue Jays are looking for a Ticket Operations Sales and Services Team Member! As part of the team, you are responsible for admitting our fans to TD Ballpark with valid tickets and denying entry to all unauthorized persons at Dunedin Blue Jays games. You will also be responsible for the assistance of digital ticket presentation and fan assistance.

Pay Rate: $15/hr
Likely to work 2-3 games per homestand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell tickets in person at the box office.
- Determine and collect appropriate fees and issue tickets.
- Service guests within the box office and outdoors with ticket questions or concerns.
- Accurately and efficiently distribute will-call tickets.
- Assist fans with scanning tickets for verification and ensuring that only valid ticket holders enter TD Ballpark.
- Assist fans with the mobile ticket process, which could include pulling up tickets, finding out where their tickets are, and what their tickets are.
- Manage complaints from fans or refer them to the box office supervisor if unable to resolve the issue.
- Maintain knowledge of Ticketmaster Account Manager and Archtics System.
- Complete pre, during, and post-game box office teardown and cleaning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous customer service, cash handling, and sales experience preferred.
- Ability to learn Alvarado Scanner procedures.
- Experience with computers and mobile devices.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, complemented by a friendly and professional manner.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from TD Ballpark.
