Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all baseball activities
- Develop practice plans, manage lineups, and guide player development
- Collaborate with GM on roster needs, conduct, and operations
- Foster a positive, competitive team culture
- Manage game strategy and situational decision-making
Qualifications
- Prior collegiate, high-level amateur, or professional playing/coaching experience
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Passion for teaching and player development
Additional Information
- Paid seasonal coaching stipend
- Nights/weekends required
