Position Overview: This role provides hands-on experience working in professional sports event management, supporting everything from suite gatherings to fan appreciation activities. The position is ideal for someone passionate about creating memorable experiences for fans and guests while learning the behind-the-scenes operations of live events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of special events, including suite gatherings, community events, and fan appreciation activities
  • Collaborate with the Events Manager and Food & Beverage Managers to ensure all event logistics are organized and executed, including venue setup, vendor coordination, equipment management, and event breakdown

Expectations & Qualifications:
  • Active interest in pursuing a career in professional sports, hospitality, or event management
  • Creative, detail-oriented, highly motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Other duties as assigned
