Position Overview:
This position offers hands-on experience in concessions, catering, premium hospitality, and event-day operations within a professional sports environment. The role will provide valuable exposure to food and beverage management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and event preparation, while supporting the overall success of the department.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and supervising of an effective, safe, and profitable food and beverage department
- Supervising and assisting staff, learning opening and closing procedures for concessions, premium and catering and live event troubleshooting within hospitality areas
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operation, including learning and operating the POS system, learning inventory software and inventory control, receiving orders, and assisting with preparing for upcoming events

- Possess a team-oriented attitude, relationship-building, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills, ability to balance multiple projects at once, and strong communication skills
