Job Description
Welcome to Drillers F&B LLC, below you will find a guideline outlining a list of our primary expectations of you in your position here.  Food and Beverage is an incredibly fluid industry, our duties are just as fluid.  We must do whatever it takes to make our guests happy and entertained while they are here at ONEOK field.  We here at The Tulsa Drillers are committed to mentoring, training and coaching our team. We believe that you will benefit from the experience working in the largest revenue stream, budget and employee base in the stadium, this experience transitions well into all areas of the sports industry and beyond.  
Warehouse Runners are responsible for stocking each location based off requisition lists. Runners are also responsible for any necessary restocking of products during all events.
·         Stock all required areas in a timely manner.
·         During events, anticipate any potential stocking needs by communicating with the portable and stand Managers.
·         Follow policies and procedures set forth by Tulsa Drillers F&B L.L.C. and the Tulsa Health Dept.
·         Take pride as part of the warehouse staff, greeting and answering guest questions or concerns.
·         Any other duties assigned by management.
Knowledge and Qualifications
·         Ability to track inventory and transfers by utilizing the Point-of-Sale System
·         Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
·         Must have a valid Tulsa County Food Handlers Permit
·         Must have the ability to work flexible hours including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Work Schedule:
As a Warehouse Runner your schedule will be posted at least on week prior to the homestand, you must have an email address on file to be a part of our scheduling process.  All schedule requests for time off must be given to the Director of Culinary Operations at least 2 weeks prior to the homestand.

You are required to bring any potential harassment issues to the attention of the management team in a timely manner, never hesitate to ask questions, that is what we are here for.
