Lights, camera, action! The Tulsa Drillers are seeking a Video Production Intern for the 2026 season! This 9-month internship works within the Creative Services Department to design standout video content and motion graphics that align with the Drillers brand and vision. In this role you will develop as a professional in sports, sharpen your creative skills, and use your knowledge and passion to enhance the ONEOK Field experience.

The Tulsa Drillers are the Double-A Affiliate of the 8x World Series Champion Los Angeles Dodgers. ONEOK Field is the home of the Drillers, a state-of-the-art stadium in the heart of downtown Tulsa. The Tulsa Drillers won the Texas League Championship in 2018, and the Texas League Double-A Organization of the Year award in 2013, 2014, 2017, and 2020. Position Overview: 
The Tulsa Drillers Video Production Internship is an in-person position in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is a key member of the Creative Services team in developing media to be used in-stadium, on social media, and across various advertising platforms. The Video Production Intern will help to implement the 2026 theme established by the Creative Services Department, and is encouraged to bring fresh ideas and passion to the team.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work alongside the Creative Services Department in implementing design strategy in stadium, on social media, and across advertising platforms.
• Produce & edit content for the Tulsa Drillers & non-game events. Content will include, but is not limited to video features, motion graphics, player content, promo videos, commercials, etc.
• Highlight our professional baseball players here in Tulsa and as they travel towards Major League Baseball, with the Dodgers and across the MLB.
• Aid in asset activation and capturing content on game days.
• Assist the Social Media Coordinator in shooting and editing content as well as producing templated motion graphics.
• Stay up to date on trends, local and league/nationwide discourse, and show initiative and style of your own. Stay a step ahead of the game!
• Anticipate the needs of the Marketing & Community Relations Departments. This includes communicating with these departments for in-stadium activations and assisting in shooting content at community events.

Desired Qualifications: 
• Passion for baseball and general knowledge of the sport- we want you to love what you do! 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
• Advanced experience in videography, motion design, and photography.
• Experience in marketing: copywrite skills, creativity, eye for detail, and brand identity utilization.
• The ability to self-initiate, multi-task, maintain pace, and pivot when needed.
• Communication, customer service and teamwork skills.
• Above all positivity and the willingness to lead, grow and learn alongside your team.
 
Must provide:
• An accessible link to your portfolio- video, motion, photo and/or graphic design.

Time Frame: January 5, 2026- September 15, 2026 
Compensation: $475 per week for all hours worked up to 40 hours. Your hourly rate for this position is $11.88 per hour. You will receive an additional 0.5 times (or additional “half time”) rate for each hour worked beyond 40 in the workweek as defined under the fluctuating workweek criteria in the Fair Labor Standards Act. For any weeks you work under 40 hours, we will always pay you 40 hours under the criteria.
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm on non-game days & 10am - approx. 10pm on game days
