Who We Are:
The Tulsa Drillers are the Double-A Affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers and 2018 Texas League Champions playing out of ONEOK Field in the historic Greenwood District of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Drillers finished in the top 15 of all Minor League Baseball Teams in all of Minor League Baseball and fourth in Double-A for attendance.
We were honored to receive the Bob Freitas Award for sustained excellence in the business of professional baseball at the Class AA level in 2019. This past decade the Drillers were recognized three times as the Texas League Organization of the Year.
Job Summary
Provide high level of support to the Stadium Operations Department and other Tulsa Drillers Departments in day-to-day operations.
Essential Duties and Functions
- Prepare ONEOK Field for every home game and all non-game events held.
- Assist in the daily upkeep of ONEOK Field and surrounding exterior areas of the stadium.
- Cultivate and build upon existing relationships with vendors and clients
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and relationship building with game day staff
- Organize and lead game day meetings on duties with other departments
- Assist in oversight of parking areas for Drillers Home games.
- Assist in coordination of security and medical services at ONEOK Field
- Assist in management of third-party janitorial services
- Assist in non-game event management for all events held at ONEOK Field including but not limited to; set-up, break down, cleaning, communication with client and vendors, acting as point of contact.
- Represent the organization at external business and community functions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills with the ability to meet sometimes tight deadlines and established goals.
- Strong ability to think quickly and decisively
- Willingness to contribute to a team environment
- Strong computer skills inclusive of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
Time Frame: January 5th , 2026 - October 15th, 2026
Compensation: $475 per week for all hours worked up to 40 hours. You will receive an additional 0.5 times (or additional “half time”) rate for each hour worked beyond 40 in the workweek as defined under the fluctuating workweek criteria in the Fair Labor Standards Act. For any weeks you work under 40 hours, we will always pay you 40 hours under the criteria
