The Tulsa Drillers are seeking a Partner Services Coordinator Intern for the 2026 season! This 9-month internship works with partnership sales team and aids in coordinating corporate partnerships on behalf of the Drillers. Assist with Game Day experience and helping to entertain fans from the time they step inside the ballpark. The Tulsa Drillers are the Double-A Affiliate of the 8x World Series Champion Los Angeles Dodgers. ONEOK Field is the home of the Drillers, a state-of-the-art stadium in the heart of downtown Tulsa. The Tulsa Drillers won the Texas League Championship in 2018, and the Texas League Double-A Organization of the Year award in 2013, 2014, 2017, and 2020. Position Overview:
The Partner Services Coordinator will be responsible for interacting directly with corporate partners on behalf of the team. The Partner Services Coordinator is responsible for executing all elements found in sponsor contracts, including customized promotions, media, and special events. Partner Services Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating all Community Corner tabling nights & game day birthday parties. This position reports to the VP, Corporate Partnerships.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with VP of Sales and Director of Corporate Partnerships to ensure all customer assets are fulfilled as agreed to in contract.
- Update and maintain sponsor contract inventory.
- Create Digi Deck client presentations and recaps for General Manager and Regional Vice President as needed.
- Assist with the collection and execution of all sponsor artwork and copy for static signage, video board advertisements and publications.
- Assist with the collection and execution of all sponsor advertising information, (such as live reads and :30 commercials spots)
- Assist and execute sponsor hospitality requests.
- Help coordinate all details relating to outdoor and indoor displays and tabling, (such as vehicle displays, sampling displays, and concourse tabling).
- Manage scheduling, planning and executing game day birthday parties.
- Coordinate and execute nightly Community Spotlight activations to include filling schedule with area nonprofits, coordinating arrival times and set up for each night and working closely with nonprofit contacts to ensure a good ballpark experience.
- Maintain and build client relationships.
- Work various game duties and be present at home games and other off-day events as necessary.
- Administrative work necessary in completing department and client activities (such as filing, mailings, hand deliveries, and overnight couriers).
- Game Day duties:
Strengthening relationships with corporate partners, fans and the community.
Manage Community Spotlight during each nightly game.
Responsible for organizing all game day photographs and placing into Box files by customer.
Create partnership season recaps and proposals for sponsors.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including tarp pulls
Assist with client and fan hospitality as needed.
Assist with promotional activation as needed.
Assist other departments as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree preferred, degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or Business Administration
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and keep time-sensitive, highly visible projects running smoothly.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, & select holidays.
- Must possess exemplary communication skills both written and verbal
