The Frisco RoughRiders are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal - Part Time - Team Store Associate. This role is integral to the day-to-day operations of the Riders Outpost Team Store, providing exceptional service to fans and supporting merchandise management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for creating a positive shopping experience and contributing to the overall success of game days and events. This position reports directly to the Merchandise Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily operations of the Riders Outpost Team Store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting fans with merchandise selection, purchases, and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Coordinate the game-day setup of merchandise selling locations, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Manage inventory tasks such as receiving, stocking, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Assist with inventory management and planning of RoughRiders branded merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment in the Team Store and all selling locations.
- Support all pre-event and event operations within the merchandise department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to improve the overall operations of the Team Store.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- High level of integrity and a strong teamwork ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by the RoughRiders' schedule.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
