Position: Seasonal Grounds Crew Internship
Time Frame: January 2026 through September 2026
Reports to: Head Groundskeeper
Overview:
Join our team and gain hands-on experience in professional stadium operations. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn field and facility maintenance at a high level while contributing to the game-day experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform daily field maintenance including mowing, infield clay repair, edging, and hand watering.
· Assist with fertilizing, sod work, and landscape maintenance.
· Support infield tarp deployment and removal.
· Maintain shop and office areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
· Assist with field preparation on game days — painting, dragging, and setup.
· Assist ballpark operations with various stadium tasks.
· Help with various other projects and duties as assigned by the Head Groundskeeper.

· Basic knowledge of tools and equipment operation.
· Works well in a team environment.
· Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
