We are the Double-A Affiliate of the World Series Champion Texas Rangers and are located 20 miles north of Dallas. Frisco is one of the fastest-growing cities in America and one of the top markets in the USA.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Partnership and Events Coordinator, your main responsibility will be providing excellent customer service to our corporate partners while assisting with the implementation of departmental projects. In this role, you will assist in fulfilling sponsorship agreements, executing promotions and events, and supporting the Partnerships group with administrative functions. This position reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships..
Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities Include the Following (other duties may be assigned):
- ·Manage 15-18 Corporate Partner accounts. (in-season and off-season)
- Day-to-day relationship building.
- Execution of any partner marketing related to accounts.
- Assist with Partner and miscellaneous ballpark events.
- Set up initial meetings with Partners
- Establish goals and objectives.
- Communicate ballpark capabilities to Partners.
- Coordinate completion of events from staffing, set-up, etc.
- Attend and work events.
- Write event reviews on possible improvements for future events.
- Partner with various departments to ensure fulfillment of partnership client deliverables.
- Participate in data input and report processing for RoughRiders and activations.
- Lead game day activations, including ticket requests, premium gifting, photo requests and escorting of client groups.
- Handle web, social and radio commercial trafficking as related to partner client deliverables.
- Assist in tracking partner activation fund and ticket bank uses.
- Oversee the creation of partner recaps (mid-season and/or end of year)
- Implement new strategies and methodologies based on research, data, success rates, and market trends to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Build and sustain strong partner and internal client relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, service, and resolution skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment.
Time Commitment
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule with changing demands including all home games, special events, evenings, and weekends as necessary.
