The Frisco RoughRiders are looking for an Entertainment & Production intern who is highly motivated to be a part of the RoughRiders marketing team. This individual will split time with broadcast production and gameday entertainment, working both gamedays and off-week events. Individuals will also be expected to assist the Manager of Ballpark Production and Entertainment Coordinator with any duties as assigned.
This is an intern position (May-August)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Split responsibilities between production and entertainment crew on gamedays
- Assists in distributing and keeping inventory of giveaway items
- Assist in the creation and execution of theme night-specific graphics and promotions
- Work all home games
- Assist with production on non-gameday events
- Attend community street team events
- Create and load in broadcast graphics
- Fill in for cameras as needed
- Pull props for gameday activations
- Help with the set-up and breakdown of Rowdy @ The River presented by Twisted Tea
- Maintenance of camera equipment
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience with video editing software preferred
- Baseball knowledge required
- Production experience preferred
- Camera operator experience preferred
