The Frisco RoughRiders (Double-A, Texas Rangers) are accepting applications for a Creative Content/Production Assistant.
About the position:
The Frisco RoughRiders are the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers and are located in Frisco, Texas (about 25 miles north of downtown Dallas) within the largest media market in Minor League Baseball. As a creative content/production assistant, the candidate will be an integral part of the RoughRiders marketing team.

Responsibilities:
- Shoot B-roll and/or photos for games and special events
- Assist in creating content for TV spots, theme night videos, and sponsor promo commercials
- Assist in publishing video content to the team website and delivering content for social
- Assist with the creation of player feature videos
- Follow standard operating procedure to assist in archiving games and footage
- Assist with and create in-park graphics (motion and still) for the ballpark (both games and events)
- Work all home games
- Load graphics/video/music into computers in control room before games
- Rotating shifts for ballpark events
- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of Rowdy @ The River presented by Twisted Tea
- Maintenance and operation of camera equipment
- Assist in the creation and execution of theme night specific graphics and promotions
- Attend community street team events
- Assist with non-gameday events
- Upload, clip, and label highlight melts after games
Position Requires Experience with the Following:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop with a working knowledge of Illustrator)
- Sony family of cameras
- Control room/broadcast experience preferred
- Baseball knowledge preferred
