The Amarillo Sod Poodles, Double-A Affiliate of the Arizona Diamond Backs, are seeking candidates to join the Game Day Video Production Crew for the 2026 season. Lasting from April to September, crew members will receive hands-on experience in all aspects of sports video production from one of the top video productions in Minor League Baseball. The position reports to the Video Production Manager. Crew Members will have ample opportunity throughout the season to grow their skills in camera operation, instant replay, technical directing, and more.
Essential Responsibilities
· Perform production position duties as assigned by manager
· Assist with setup, teardown and operation of all video/audio equipment equipment
· Properly frame camera shots and follow action
· Always represent the Amarillo Sod Poodles in a professional manner
· Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Strong availability on evenings, including weekends
· Ability to follow a script for all in-game events and sponsorship fulfillments
· Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
· Works well in a team environment
Qualifications
· Experiences with DSLR or professional cameras
· Experience with professional audio equipment
· Experience in a professional video production setting
· Knowledge of baseball is a plus
· Strong communication skills and positive mindset
· Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
· In pursuit of related degree or recent graduate
· Experience in a live production, or sports setting is a plus
Work Environment
This job operates in a stadium setting. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment. This job will be expected to work indoor and outdoor in moderate weather conditions.
Position and Expected Hours
This is a part-time seasonal position. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
