Minimum age: 16
Pay Rate: $8.50
 

Job Description:  

  • Must maintain a clean and organized working environment at the Texas Rangers MLB Youth Academy Concession Stand
  • Perform opening and closing operations for the Concession
  • Adhere to all food safety guidelines as outlined in your Food Handlers License
  • Prepare and maintain concession food and drinks
  • Take concession orders and communicate any food specials to Announcer
  • Process monetary transactions for Concession orders, maintain and adhere to all guidelines for Concession Bank and Deposits
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform in fast changing environments
  • Exhibits self-motivation and confidence
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Will need to complete Food Handlers’ license for the state of Texas (suggested providers available)
  • Hours of availability on nights, weekends, and potentially holidays
  • Ability to work outside for extended periods of time in hot and cold weather
  • Seasonal position at the Texas Rangers MLB Youth Academy, must be available until July
  • Must pass drug screening, background and credit check
