Title: Visiting Team Clubhouse Manager
 
Position in the corporate structure: The Clubhouse Manager will report directly to the Visiting team Field Manager and General Manager

The Clubhouse Manager Will: Perform all duties pertaining to the visitor’s clubhouses. 
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Cleaning of all clubhouses; including vacuuming, cleaning of bathrooms and showers, picking up and organizing equipment, taking out trash, replenishing all bathroom and shower essentials, organizing and cleaning trainer’s room, organizing and cleaning manager’s office, organizing and cleaning the workout room.
  • Organizing and cleaning both dugouts and getting equipment ready for batting practice and each game, which includes but is not limited to: getting game balls to the umpire room, getting game bats ready, getting batting practice and game uniforms ready and hanging in each locker.
  • Doing all of the Crawdads laundry during and after all home games, stay-over and commuter road trips, which includes but is not limited to: towels, uniforms and uniform accessories.
 
Handle the disbursement of team-issued equipment upon player arrival and also throughout the season. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Assigning all uniform components and locker space to each player upon arrival to Hickory.
  • Purchase and prepare all meals for the Visiting Team players and staff before and after all home games. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Ensuring snack items are available in the clubhouse area before every home game.
  • Ensure that a team meal is arranged to be catered to the visiting clubhouse after every home game or a meal is available in the clubhouse after every home game.

Pre-season duties (start date to be mutually agreed upon, pending responsibilities with the Major League Affiliate):
  • Coordinate the inventory and organization of all equipment for dispersal
  • Clean and organize visitors clubhouses in preparation for team arrival
  • Ensure that laundry machines are in operating condition.
