Pay Rate: $7.25/hr + tips
Hours: 5-7 hours shifts
Job Description:  
  • Greet all arriving and departing guests of Globe Life Park in Arlington. 
  • Anticipate the needs of the guest such as opening of car doors, assistance with wheelchairs, holding umbrellas, etc.
  • Provide guests with information regarding reclaim of vehicle.
  • Perform a walk around the vehicle to notate any damage prior taking possession of vehicle.
  • Safely perform valet services of parking, retrieving and delivering the guests vehicle.
  • Safely operate the guests’ vehicle in accordance to applicable laws.
  • Handle cash, valet tickets, keys and equipment in accordance to company policies.
  • Must report and document all vehicle damage and accidents to Valet Supervisor at the time of the incident or when notified by guest.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
  • Must possess valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions.
  • Previous valet experience strongly preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced team environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays; and a minimum of 70 games during the season.
  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat, cold and rain.
  • Ability to lift, pull, push and/or carry 15 lbs. as necessary.
  • Physical ability to walk, run or stand for extended periods of time, along with navigating through ramps and stairways for up to 5-7 hours.
