JOB SUMMARY: The position of Trophy Transport Specialist is responsible for the safe and secure transportation of valuable trophies, awards, or significant artifacts from one location to another. This role involves extensive travel across the region and state and requires meticulous planning, handling, and logistics expertise to ensure the items arrive in perfect condition at their destination.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Ability to travel routinely, including overnight stays, to ensure Championship Trophy is delivered on time and safely returned to its home at Globe Life Field.
Maintaining detailed records of transportation schedules, tracking information, and any necessary permits or paperwork required for the transport of valuable items.
Implementing security protocols to safeguard trophies from theft, damage, or any unforeseen incidents during transportation.
Upon arrival, arranging the trophies for display, ensuring they're showcased appropriately and safely.
Safely packing trophies to prevent damage during transit, utilizing specialized materials and techniques to ensure their security.
Conducting regular inspections to guarantee the condition of trophies remains pristine and arranging for any necessary maintenance or repairs.
Ability to assess potential risks during transportation and implement measures to mitigate them. This involves foreseeing potential vulnerabilities and proactively addressing them.
Understanding security protocols and measures to safeguard valuable items during transit, including risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies.
Given the value and significance of the trophies being transported, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring their safety is crucial.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Preferred qualifications:

Depending on the type of transportation involved, relevant licenses or certifications might be required.
A background in logistics, transportation, or a related field would be advantageous.
Must have proven job reliability.
Must be flexible with working long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
