The Rocket City Trash Pandas, AA affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and hard-working individual to fill the position of visiting clubhouse manager for the 2023 season. This is a seasonal position, which will run from April through mid-September with exact ending date dependent upon playoffs.

The position requires all applicants work all home games during the 2023 season.

Duties included, but are not limited to:

· Coordinate with visiting teams their arrival times and unload/load busses upon their arrival/departure

· Unpack visiting team luggage and organize staff and players lockers,

· Launder all uniforms, personal gear, and towels multiple times a day,

· Provide and stock snacks, beverages and personal hygiene as required by Major League Baseball including shopping for such items. Items are paid by the Trash Pandas and must adhere to the budget.

· Coordinate with visiting teams for their pre-game and post-game meals, including delivery and set-up,

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of entire clubhouse, including umpire room, coaches office, dressing areas, restrooms, showers, training room before, during, and after games

· Stock visiting team dugout and bullpen with beverage coolers, towels, cups, and snacks

· Launder umpires gear and deliver post-game meals, provided by Trash Pandas. Stock umpire room with snacks, beverages, towels, and personal hygiene items

· Provide outstanding customer service to visiting teams and umpires in an effort to earn tips

Qualifications:

· Previous clubhouse experience required

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restraint
