At BallCorps Food & Beverage at Toyota Field, home of the Rocket City Trash Pandas, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality through fresh, high-quality cuisine and outstanding guest service. Our Director of Suites & Hospitality is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Stadium Club Attendants to join our Hospitality team. As a Stadium Club Attendant, you will serve as a key ambassador of the premium guest experience, providing warm, attentive service and ensuring every visitor feels welcome throughout their time with us. This part-time paid position offers a unique opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, engaging setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Validate fan tickets and entry to the Stadium Club and/or Suites via wristbanding; show guests to their seats if necessary
- Assist with food prep, meal assembly, and presentation at the Chef's Table to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate our POS system for orders and payments
- Maintain cleanliness standards by clearing and cleaning tables and ensuring the Stadium Club is tidy and inviting for all fans
- Provide general guest services, including answering fans' and season ticketholders' questions, with professional and friendly etiquette
- Build and maintain relationships with Stadium Club attendees to maintain long-term business
- Assist with usher duties as needed to ensure fan safety and maintain seat integrity
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by maintaining a friendly demeanor and effective communication with fans, guests, and other hospitality team members
- Support catering events and banquet setups by coordinating food service and guest accommodations during the season and possibly beyond, if needed
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or customer service background preferred but not required; maturity and enthusiasm for learning are key
- Familiarity with or the willingness to learn our POS system
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and etiquette
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations, as needed
- Experience in hospitality roles like host/hostess or banquet attendant is beneficial but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
