BallCorps, LLC, owner and operator of the Rocket City Trash Pandas, Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, is searching for Post Graduate Intern for Retail. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a starting pay of minimum wage and requires a season long commitment, extending through September 2026. The Post Graduate Intern reports directly to both Retail Managers.  The Retail Intern will split their time between both store front locations and assisting with the online store. This will include working many home games and weekends. 

The Trash Pandas have been the top selling team for merchandise in minor league baseball since we launched our name in 2019 and we don’t plan to lose that title anytime soon. We are looking for an individual who can bring new ideas to the table and help us take the retail world to a whole new level. 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
-         Opening/Closing both locations as needed.
-         Assisting with website maintenance (keeping product up to date, changing out graphics, etc.)
-         Inventory Management 
-         Processing and shipping online orders. 
-         Assisting in buying merchandise for the 2026 & 2027 Baseball and Holiday season.
-         Running sales reports and analyzing numbers to better assist in forecasting sales.
-         Visual Merchandising 
-         Receiving and processing new merchandise as it comes in.
-         Helping train new game day staff members on policy and procedures.
-         Help coordinate marketing strategies to boost merchandise sales. 
-         Assisting with other game day tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: 
-         Retail experience of 1 year or more, preferred. 
-         Passion for customer service and serving the community. 
-         Great communication skills.
-         Ability to take initiative.
-         Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and team player.
-         Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. 
-         Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
-         Sports experience not required.

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation)
·        Able to stand and walk around during scheduled hours
·        Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
·        Able to reach for merchandise using the ladders, step stool, merchandise retrieving pole, etc
·        Able to use store equipment including cash registers, scissors, box cutters, hand truck, etc.
·        Able to remain calm and focused under pressure
