The Montgomery Biscuits, Class AA Affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays, is currently seeking a full time candidate for our Corporate Partnership Coordinator Position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Corporate Sales staff to manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring contractual fulfillment and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and proof of performance documents for existing and potential partners.
- Assist sales team with management of sponsorship and hospitality inventory.
- Execute all partnership activations, including game-day promotions, print, digital and signage implementation, special events, and hospitality experiences.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site activations, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track and report partnership performance, including proof of performance and ROI analysis.
- Serve as project manager for major marketing and partnership initiatives, building timelines and ensuring cross-departmental collaboration.
- Work closely with marketing, promotions, social media, operations, and creative teams to optimize campaigns and activations.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations across all platforms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors’ degree in Business (or related field) or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years’ experience in sales and/or customer service with proven ability to meet sales goals preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Well-developed interpersonal skills; professionalism
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office experience
- Consistent and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Work Environment:
Position will work in an office and stadium environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and normal hours of work & days are Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Due to the nature of this position, the position requires hours of work and days that include frequent nights, weekends and holiday. This includes attendance at all home baseball games.
