The Knoxville Smokies are looking for energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic individuals to join the Rally Crew, the on-field and in-stand promotional team responsible for bringing excitement and energy to every home game. Rally Crew members engage fans through in-game contests, giveaways, crowd prompts, and interactive moments while serving as ambassadors for the Smokies brand. 
This role works closely with the Director of Entertainment, on-field host, mascot, and game presentation staff to execute promotions and keep the crowd loud, involved, and having fun throughout the game. The ideal candidate is confident, approachable, quick on their feet, and comfortable interacting with fans of all ages in a fast-paced live event environment.
Availability for all home games, rehearsals, and select community appearances is required.
