Job Summary:
This is a seasonal position that reports directly to the Head Groundskeeper for the overall up-keep and field maintenance of Covenant Health Park.  This position offers a unique experience as we hosting One Knox of the USL as well as Smokies baseball and a plethora of other events. Our new stadium is a state of the art build with only the 6th Esto Retractable Mound in the country.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist with the overall planning, development, and implementation for the field operations department.
· Execute strategies for short/long-term maintenance and care for our new stadium in Knoxville. This includes professional soccer being played in conjunction with baseball for the foreseeable future.
· Implement the schedule developed by the head groundskeeper daily.     
· Communicate directly with the head groundskeeper on field use, playability, repairs and maintenance, feedback ratings and outside events.
· Work includes flexible hours with night and weekend work necessary.
 Other Responsibilities:
·         Other responsibilities include working additional events (concerts, college tournaments, non-Smokies baseball games, etc.).
