The Ticket Partnership Manager is a full-time position, with benefits, and will be a part of the Chattanooga Lookouts ticket sales team. This person will sell a full menu of ticket inventory with a focus on group sales. They will renew, prospect, sell, build relationships, and provide excellent customer service. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Make outbound phone calls each day.
- Generate new ticket revenue through the sale of hospitality spaces, group tickets, picnics and luxury suite rentals.
- Develop new business and maintain renewals via phone, digital and in-person appointments.
- Prospect companies, businesses, organizations, and individuals for ticketing opportunities.
- Utilize the CRM System (Salesforce) to properly track and contact prospects and clients.
- Use the Ticket System (Tickets.com) to handle all components of ticketed events.
- Work all Lookouts games as well as non-game day events as needed.
- Coordinate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure proper execution of sold events.
- Assist in the selling and execution of special events, facility rentals and theme nights.
- Plan and implement group-driven theme nights.
- Brainstorm new ideas to drive group ticket sales and enhance marketing initiatives.
- Represent the Lookouts at outside community and networking events.
- Maintain ballpark standards and cleanliness.
- Assist with day-to-day operations in the ballpark.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Pull Tarp.
- Other duties as assigned.

The applicant should be a self-motivator who thrives in a team environment; possesses good analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to work effectively with attention to detail in a high-volume sales environment; ability to communicate clearly and resolve guest conflicts; goal oriented; quick learner; proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
The Ticket Partnership Manager will also support marketing and promotional projects around the ballpark and in the community. Along with attending community events you may occasionally be required to be the team mascot. The candidate will be required to be knowledgeable about the happenings of the Lookouts’ season and well versed in Chattanooga Lookouts’ history.
