The Stadium Operations Assistant position is pivotal in ensuring Erlanger Parks smooth and efficient operation. This multifaceted position involves assisting in overseeing daily operations, managing part-time staff, and maintaining high standards for stadium cleanliness and asset management. The Stadium Operations Assistant will work closely with the Stadium Operations Manager, to assist in coordinating and supporting the overall functionality and maintenance of the stadium facilities during baseball and non-baseball timelines. 

●       Assist with supervision, and management of part-time employees involved in stadium operations, including parking, security, janitorial staff, medical, and seasonal assistants. 
●       Ensure third-party and in-house cleaning operations are exceeding standards.  
●       Assist with cleaning, including pressure washing, as needed to ensure the stadium is exceeding standards.
●       Work with the Special Events Department to take down and set up special non-baseball events. 
●       Assist with management of the Lookouts Kid Zone on game days and during non-baseball events. 
●       Support pre-season and post-season preparations, ensuring the stadium is ready for the baseball season's start and end. 
●       Ability to do tarp pulls and other duties as assigned.  

The applicant should be a self-motivator who thrives in a team environment; possesses good analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to work effectively with attention to detail in a high-volume sales environment; ability to communicate clearly and resolve guest conflicts; goal oriented; quick learner; proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds and work long hours.

The Stadium Operations Assistant will support marketing and promotional projects around the ballpark and in the community. Along with attending community events you will at times be required to be the team mascot. The candidate will be required to be knowledgeable about the happenings of the Lookouts’ season and well versed in Chattanooga Lookouts’ history.

Salary: $1,200 a month
