About the Rome Emperors: 
The Rome Emperors, High-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, bring exciting baseball and interactive fan experiences to AdventHealth Stadium. With a growing roster of future MLB stars and a commitment to community engagement, they are a proud part of Rome, Georgia. The Rome Emperors are a proud member club of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH). DBH was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through best practices, professional management, innovation, and investment. 

Position Overview:
The Creative Services Intern will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the visual content strategy for the Rome Emperors during the 2026 season. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Events, this intern will be the primary content generator responsible for managing and growing the team’s presence across all digital platforms. This position is
ideal for a self-starting individual with exceptional graphic design skills and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management & Content Creation: Plan, design, and execute daily content across all official Rome Emperors social media channels, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Visual Storytelling: Generate high-quality, engaging visual assets (graphics, short videos, GIFs, animations) tailored to each platform's unique audience and specifications.
  • Partnership Support: Collaborate closely with the Partnership Activation Intern to provide essential photographic and video support for sponsored content, asset creation, and activation initiatives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual output strictly adheres to the Rome Emperors' brand guidelines and maintains a professional, cohesive aesthetic.
  • Game Day Coverage: Capture real-time action and fan engagement, creating immediate content for social channels during all home games.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graphic Design Expertise: Demonstrated a strong background in graphic design principles and execution.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: High proficiency (expert level) in key Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects. Experience with other creative applications is a plus.
  • Platform Fluency: Proven ability to create platform-specific content and understand best practices for growing engagement and reach on all major social media platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively alongside the Director of Operations and Events and other internal staff, particularly the Partnership Activation team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Portfolio: Submission of a strong, professional portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media content, and creative projects.
  • Background and experience in photography and videography.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and basic video editing software.

Schedule & Expectations:
  • This is a demanding, full-time internship requiring a high level of commitment and flexibility:
  • Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM during both game weeks and off weeks.
  • Gameday Hours: Must clock in at 5:00 PM and work all home games unless officially excused by the Director of Operations and Events.
  • Season Availability: Mandatory availability for the full 2026 season, including preseason setup and any special events.
  • Professionalism: Candidates must maintain a professional appearance and positive, enthusiastic attitude at all times.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and some holidays as dictated by the team’s game schedule and event calendar.

Compensation:
  • Monthly stipend provided.
  • Hourly pay for gamedays during the season.
